Information used by the service
We use your authenticated account identifier, name and email to sign you in and keep workspaces separate. You can enter a business name, seller contact details, vehicle information, locations, offers, pickup details and notes to manage your acquisitions.
Hosting and payments
The service uses Supabase for its database and authentication, with the app hosted separately. Authentication uses Supabase Auth. Once enabled, payments and billing management use Stripe-hosted pages. This app does not collect or store full payment card numbers. It stores billing customer and subscription references, status and billing-period information.
Use and separation
Records are used to operate your CRM and display your account status. API requests are checked against the signed-in account. Other customers cannot access your records through their workspace. Customer records are not stored in the PWA offline cache. Demo records are temporary sample data.
Export, deletion and retention
You can export your records from Account & billing. Ending a subscription does not automatically delete business records. Contact support to request account closure or deletion. Billing providers may retain transaction records under their own requirements and policies.
