The service

Each Junk Desk plan provides one user with a private CRM workspace for one business. It includes manual lead management, offers, follow-up tracking, pickup scheduling, deal economics and exports. It does not supply leads, guarantee sales, perform towing, process vehicle ownership transfers or provide automated messaging.

Monthly subscription

Starter is $29, Growth is $59 and Pro is $99 USD per month. Each plan renews monthly until canceled. The amount shown in the hosted checkout is the amount charged. Any applicable tax must be shown before payment. An email account and password are required to sign in. Signing in or trying the demo does not create a paid subscription.

Starter includes 250 active leads, Growth 1,000 and Pro 3,000. Resold and Lost records do not count toward active capacity. Growth adds purchase guardrails and manual buyer bid comparison. Pro adds buyer receivables and source contribution reporting. All plans cover one user. Downgrading preserves existing records but may prevent new active leads or edits to higher-tier features. Monetary recommendations use your inputs and do not constitute live valuations or guaranteed proceeds. Contingency is a planning allowance, not a cash payment.

Cancellation and access

Use Manage billing in your account to cancel future renewals. Access continues through the paid period when cancellation is scheduled for period end. Failed payments or an expired subscription can suspend workspace access. Your own data export remains available after signing in.

For billing corrections, refund requests, account closure or data deletion, contact info@uponlymedia.com. Refund requests are reviewed individually; this does not limit rights required by applicable law.

Your business data

You are responsible for the information you enter, seller permissions and lawful operation of your business. Do not upload payment card details or identity-document images to lead notes. The service is not a substitute for title verification, regulatory reporting, professional advice or a secure document repository.
